The Survey is now open! Survey closes on November 19.
We invite you to participate in the Second Annual Value-Based Designs Survey, sponsored by Center for Health Value Innovation and conducted by Buck Consultants.
Value-Based Benefit Design (VBBD) has received a great deal of attention in recent years, and it has expanded into more than chronic care management. The analysis performed by the Center for Health Value Innovation has shown that Value-Based Designs now influence behaviors towards prevention/wellness, chronic care, benefit strategy and choice of care delivery.
With that in mind, the Center for Health Value Innovation has partnered with Buck Consultants to survey employers regarding their experiences in implementing an overarching Value-Based Design. The survey explores the various health care benefit plan designs, plus the incentives and disincentives that employers are incorporating into their total benefits philosophy today. Understanding the successes, challenges, and experiences of employers across the United States will help drive the new wave of innovation for improved health and economic outcomes. The Value-Based Designs 2010 survey collects information on virtually every type of Value-Based Designs, including Prevention & Wellness, Chronic Care Management, Care Delivery, Health Benefits, and Focus on Benefit Design to support Value-Based Designs.
