It’s January 16, 2012, it’s Martin Luther King Day and his words serve as inspiration for all that is difficult to achieve. Health is one of those challenges, so I’m framing this post with Dr. King’s quotes in the hope that you, like I, will once again be inspired to reach higher for improvement and lower to provide the hand-up to those who continue to struggle.
