This is the essence of a value-based benefit design, a design that is not static. A value-based benefit design aligns the health management strategy to the business strategy, reducing the risk to the organization and its people and delivering improved health, improved performance, and reduced cost trends. The results are replicable, scalable, and predictable–the very qualities that improve business and provide community sustainability.
