The Center announces the results from the Buck Consultants Value-Based Benefit Design survey that we co-sponsored late last year. We asked Buck to use our earlier surveys and market intelligence to ascertain the successes and challenges in companies who have deployed a value-based design for more than 2 years. The results verify the information we’ve been bringing to the market:
1/ Most use of Value-Based Design is for prevention and wellness
2/ Employee and provider-community engagement is key
3/ VBD is sustainable, replicable and economically viable, even in economic downturns.
